1. Appearance:

2. Usages:

1). Ethyl acetate is primarily used as a solvent for paints, coatings, adhesives, cellulose, plastics, fats, wood    stains and diluent, being favored because of its low cost,  low toxicity, and agreeable odor.

2). Ethyl acetate is the most common ester in wine,The aroma of ethyl acetate is most vivid in younger wines and  contributes towards the general perception of "fruitiness" in the wine.

3). It is also used as chemical intermediate to manufacture pharmaceuticals, synthetic flavorings, cleaners, and other organic compounds.
